@kekcoin Yeah, but that goes for anything unencrypted. I think NVK will be trustworthy for that as anyone. But cross instance, it all comes down to the other instance's settings/trustworthiness.

If you DM with someone on a different Mastodon server, whether that stays private is entirely up to the other instance operators settings.
