bitcoin core code contributors need to step up their game on patch quality. There's a reason linux has such strict standards for patches. They're constrained by reviewers, not coders. Smaller, more logical patches with detailed descriptions is going to become more and more important going forward.
So many PRs have commits with no descriptions in them. I'm looking at https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/13947/commits right now. how do you even review this, there's no explanation at all, just vague descriptions.
