Am I the only one who is still wondering what "crypto law" and "crypto legal system" are supposed to mean?
@fed "crypto law" means immutability of blockchains.
A proper "crypto legal system" in Vlad's view would involve human validation.
@fed a lot of the language used in that article seems almost... overstated or misleading? It’s weird, after reading it I feel like he didn’t make his point well understood.
Bigger picture: Bottom-up control of a system is hard, ‘Szabo’s Law’ seems to do well in achieving and maintaining it though. Don’t like it? Fork off, build your own network, or whatever. My node will be doing its thing, regardless. Simple enough.
