According to the latest from CBECI, Iran's share of BTC hashrate has steadily increased over summer of 2021.

@arbedout does the graph show an Iran increase over summer 2021? It doesn't look like it to my eyes? Also given the Ireland/Germany data I guess this is partly or mostly from IP adds?

@waxwing the graph doesn't do a great job of illustrating it but the article explicitly states an increase of 3.11% for Iran's hashrate(during a period where there should have been a marked decrease if not total collapse)

and yep - apparently they use maxmind's geoip database to correlate ip addresses to locations
