Ok I solved my cryptography problem, it was simply that the plaintext is very short and not padded with randomness, and the encryption factor e is small too (3), so actually you could retrieve the plaintext simply by computing the cube root of the ciphertext (as M³ < N).
I made a lot of digression before coming to this simple conclusion but at least I did learn a few things about RSA
