Anyone have any good resources on how lightning network can scale for people with very little money? Say if in the future, a BTC transaction costs $1000 USD equivalent... can someone with only $100 to their name use lightning? If understand correctly, use of lightning for anyone requires opening up a payment channel and thus creating an on-chain transaction. So would this person with only $100 be priced out of the network?
